What age group is your furniture made for?
Our pieces are designed with little ones in mind — from toddlers just starting to explore, up to kids around 6 to 7 years old.
Is everything kid-safe?
Absolutely. All products use child-friendly
materials, non-toxic finishes, and are tested to meet safety standards.
How fast do you ship?
We aim to process orders within 48 hours, and delivery takes about 3–7 days depending on your location.
My order hasn’t arrived by the scheduled delivery date, what do I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the
expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@thebambini.com.au with your
order details. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue
promptly.
Do you ship outside Australia?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia, but we’re working on expanding soon!
What if I change my mind?
No problem. You’ve got 30 days to return or exchange — as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Easy.
Can I track my order?
Of course. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow your package’s journey.
How do I care for the furniture?
Just a soft cloth and mild soap will do. For harsher stains, use alcohol based wipes, or stain remover.
